I have started to design and make a robotic arm. I bought 4 MZ996 servo motors and have wired up a PCB board to a power supply where I can get 7.4V of DC power. I also have started to make the code needed for the Arduino Uno R4 WiFi on VSC that will let me control the arm. I have also begun modeling the 3D parts for the arm and have made the base. I have also decided to produce a write-up of the whole process so other people can look at it if they want.
I have spent a lot of time learning and testing many models on OpenRocket at software where I can see the weight and many important pieces of information for me to make. I have also designed to make the main body from a cardboard tube in order to reduce weight and increase strength.
I have continued to refine my Rocket’s onshape model.
I have been learning how to use onshape and I am trying to design and then if I get funding make a real rocket. I have been working on learning the C++ code and how to put together Arduino and electronics on a breadboard. I have spent a lot of time putting together a circuit that allows you to move the digital joystick and then it will not only move the Stepper motor, buit it will tell you what the angle is on the OLED display. All the code is on: https://github.com/JeremyM1234/My-Arduino-Journey/blob/main/Saves/OLED%20%2B%20Joystick%20%2B%20%20Stepper If anyone is intrested then please look at the tutorial videos on youtube, they are great: https://youtu.be/S66Iwhk2V7A?si=yBDbfWdeotQruYgo
I have successfully made an LED dimmable via the code I made in Visual Studio Code.
Arduino Electronics - I have bought a Sunfounder Arduino kit and have started going through the 100 tutorial YouTube videos and learning the C++ Arduino code.
