the premise of what i've done is very simple.

make something that makes models on ai.hackclub.com very easy to use. (by that choice it also includes openrouter)

i wanted it to be a lightweight terminal application instead of a hefty website with five bajillion frameworks and stupid simple to use:
- install the python package
- set your api key
- select your model
- start chatting

as this is the first ship it is bare bones, hopefully in the future ill make it more tui-ish and add streaming and other nice settings

star!!!!!! anyways i want this project to be a sort of a base for mario games? i’ll probably write up about how you can, yes YOU, make your own levels. i’ve designed so that you don’t really have to touch any code when making levels

polish polish polish, i’m going to drown in polish :uuh-cat: , heck load of backend stuff that i don’t know how to explain but its related to how levels are loaded and managed. currently trying to make it more accurate to the original and a few more enemies and then i can start making new power ups and enemies :devious-ahh:

so choosing python for this job was kind of a stupid idea, there is no framework that does what i want it to do. (static webapp) i wasted a crap ton of time trying different stuff only to scrap it all and turn it back into a tui program

yup, its just an interface to chat with models on ai.hackclub.com, currently its just a tui program, maybe i’ll turn it into a web app (no idea how i’m going to do that) or make an gui with tkinter

well this was quick, i'm already well acquainted with html and css so this was just a 3 hour project. feedback don't need to be long, as i get more active here this will be filled up :) it's ok if you vote low on technicality and storytelling

i borrowed the font from ios (or macos idk) and got a sick wallpaper from unsplash.

if you ask about the sections, they're about me (main content), projects (right panel) and social(s) (badges at the bottom)

i only have a github under this alias that's why it is the only thing listed down there.

i’ll be honest, this is just an one and done quickie, in the past i’ve made many personal websites and this was just one of them. also as i don’t like js i didn’t use it :p
