merged everything to a single script so it can be run as a systemd service, cron job whatever and for a reset command in slack.

looking at screenshots of code is boring, please enjoy this car

well i wanted to make a "smaller" project before i ship my main thing (smb remake) buuut this turned out to be a challenge on its own.

i had to learn
- how serial works (doubt i still understand it)
- how slack works (doubt again)
- not to eat my brains out

overall it was very fun doing this, learned and suffered a lot :D
it is held by duct tape, hopes and dreams so hopefully it fulfills the "24/7" requirement. i may or may not return to this to fix the rough edges.... (no promises!!)

decided to switch to socket mode, because opening up ports is a pain in the bum. the bot is now alive at #john-computer in slack!! username: john password: john

ok update time, i was a bit too vague on the last post so i will explain what this is now. this is a slack bot that connects slack to a serial terminal, specifically to interface with an alpine install in qemu

borrowed some regex from the internet to remove escape codes, needs hella more polish before releasing it into the wild
