I made a simple and bare bones WebOS called GamblOS. Features include a notepad and a Slot machine game. My biggest challenge during development was the slot machine game.

Devlog 3: I added a very simple Welcome screen that links directly to the next page ( the actual web os). Inside the os i made all the windows draggable. I also made the windows better respect the theme with dark and green accents.

Devlog 2: I added a slot machine as my advanced app. I added sounds to it, for example : when you spin there will be a noise replicating the ticking of each slot, also there are win sounds for each respective win class : Small Win (2 matches), No win (Nothing), Jackpot (Triple Match). Following this i thought the os would look better with green text instead of plain white because of my already green background. I also centered the taskbar icons because of personal preference (Thats how i have it on my pc)

Started foundations for my simple WebOS. I made a green background with a glitch effect in canva for ease of use. I added essential OS items like a clock and taskbar to really make it feel like an os. I also added a simple notepad to track goals or just to write random things.
