I made this website using HTML and CSS.I started with a simple dark background and added a picture of Ottawa (Parliament Hill) in the background. I made the picture grayscale and faded it so it doesnt interfere with the page. I made a profile box using CSS with rounded corners and a border. I used flexbox to put my picture beside my information. This is still pretty simple, but i want to keep it that way, i like it.
