Cat Camera is a modification of the cat printer! I saw someone reverse engineered the cat printer protocol, so i took mine apart and now i want to build a case for a raspberry pi 0 + camera + cat printer parts.
The goal is to have an easy to hold case, a simple click to shoot button, which captures a photo and prints it out. The paper spool needs to be refillable and the device should charge by USB C.
I have some of the parts, but need some others.

Dissasemble the cat printer :/

to start i took apart my cat printer and found that a lot of the casing is empty space, its just a few parts!
so then i modelled the basic shapes of each part including the important points like where wires need to access ports. In cad i rearranged the main parts working out how my camera should fit together
