so i made this software a long agao but i honsetly forgot to post this to hackclub which i deeply regret

so i used to chat with various customer care i noticed that they either used a boring normal bot which did nothing rather than wasting your time or a person who would chat to you

so i thought creating a software which gets your customers response, analyse it give them appropiat response and then sort it on basis of title or priority

so basic software was built long ago what i did in this 6 hr was creating a feature which could run scripts
yeah like if suppose ur customer said ohh i forgot my password then it would run the script sending (your website based) reset link to their email
or if u want to make a feature to give customers their order id or status you can do that tooo

yeah thats it im looking forward to improve it

next things i really wanna add are email calling like if someone sent you email then our software can read it! and second one is calling thing
like customer called you, then it would be picked automatically by our ai, hear them, ans them (just like a real human) and then sort it (buts its gonna be expensive T-T)

but for not im thinking to add integrations to like shopify or to whatsapp and etc
