I'm building a 9-key macropad with a rotary encoder and a small OLED screen, running on the Seeed XIAO RP2040. It's a mechanical keyboard setup where each key can be programmed to do something custom — shortcuts, launching apps, that kind of thing — and the knob is used for stuff like scrolling or volume, with the encoder browsing through different profiles I can see on the OLED.
