Zero unrouted nets! 🎉 Just finished the complete PCB layout for the Project Holocron custom controller in KiCad. I routed 10 tactile switches, the MCP3008 ADC, and footprints for dual PSP-style thumbsticks across the front and back copper layers. After squashing a few final DRC keepout errors around the potentiometers, I finally got to render it in the 3D viewer. Seeing the physical board actually take shape is incredibly satisfying. 🚀

Spent the day deep in the KiCad schematic editor working on Project Holocron’s core layout. We’re locking down the custom control architecture, signal routing, and interface subsystems so everything talks to each other smoothly. Keeping the exact pin mappings and wiring details close to the chest for now so nobody tries to clone our setup, but it’s coming together clean. Next up is sorting out footprints and jumping into the PCB editor to start routing copper!
