spinny item animation thing! [Game update]

I made this animation that plays whenever you get an item!
Some other small additions:

• 🦪 Pearls are new! They will be hidden in a couple places and will be able to be gifted to the townspeople in exchange for stories
• ✨ Added sparkles to the miniboss arena to better show where to go
• 🪸 Tube coral now teleport you back to the beginning of the room if you get hit
• 🗃️ Organized scene files into folders
