Automatic folding solar panel that will fold and close depending on the weather and such. Equiqed with sensors and esp32 to be controlled wirelessly
i have scaled the mechanism so it wil be to size in real life after printing. i also designed a housing and how it might look as the finished project. i will later start searching for parts like servos and motor drivers
i am working to create the way that servo motor will be able to close and open one panel, i sketched it on paper and saw a similar system so i adapted as i need it, the orange circle is the hinge which will act as a guide and the orange part will be attached to the red rectangle but be able to move. i had better models on my other account i will try to get acses to it.
