I have made the line follower robot stark f1! After debugging the code, wires schematics and 3d files i can finally say its done and working. Through making this robot i learned to solder how to actually design the robot like knowing which parts go where and that the dimensions they have are important. The hardest part of all was the code and a small mistake i made just didnt make it work. I had set the IR to low and it didnt work but now it does! You can make this robot the schematics, parts used, 3d models and the code is in github. Right now its slow just at 70 speed but eventually i will upgrade it to be better. I will also put the line map in the github too.

It turned out amazing. I built the robot but the power cables came out of the weld sloppy welding on my part, tomorrow i will try to weld the cables. Before the cables came out i tried out the code but it didnt follow the line its probably because i didnt put front wheels but tomorrow ill try to fit it into the chassis as right now its too small.

i have made the 3d chassis of the sumo robot, i looked at other sumo robots, the parts that are generally used and modeled it precisely. this is just a prototype though. Now i plan to make the schematics and what parts it will need.

I made a schematics of the line follower, now the components and wirings are more clear, i have also put the latest code into the github code folder. i have not made the robot yet so i might do little changes once i make it

i fixed up some models. My design process started with looking at other chassis’es. I designed a entirely new one and stayed on this look. even the wheels and the molds were 3d modeled to make it more craftable. I put the 3d models on the github and did little changes

i got my first prototype printed thanks to my teacher at technology workshop, what im gona do next is use a substitute for the silicone and mold the wheels. i just hope its size and holes are good it should be approximately 180 mm x 100 mm. ( i also tried to resize it smaller but i realised i didnt need it) BTW i havent built it yet

i am working to create the way that servo motor will be able to close and open one panel, i sketched it on paper and saw a similar system so i adapted as i need it, the orange circle is the hinge which will act as a guide and the orange part will be attached to the red rectangle but be able to move. i had better models on my other account i will try to get acses to it.

ive been working to make the 3d chassis and a 3d demonstration of the final product. i havent been able to record any of this time since i did it on my phone i was not home for the time being, anyways it turned out great in my opinion i sent it to my teacher to print out the wheels, chassis, motor holders, wheel and the silicone wheel mold. i already made up what parts i need so i will wait for funding
