live radio tv so you can watch tv on your radio. all you need to do to access it is to either set up the audio over a radio station or just play it however you'd like but then you just put your computer next to your audio player with the program open and you can watch some live tv :D

Trying to make the decoder is proving to be quite difficult. Im sure i’ll get it soon. Anyway i’ve made the encoding and it works good.
