I designed and built a custom RC car entirely from scratch, fabricating every component with 3D printing. The car features a rear-wheel-drive drivetrain with fully 3D-printed gears, a custom wishbone suspension with front shocks, and a brushless motor system powered by a LiPo battery. I modeled all parts in CAD and iterated through rapid prototyping to refine fit and performance. The final build achieved speeds over 40 mph, demonstrating both high-speed control and the translation of digital design into a functional, real-world system.
