I have made R3Dev Slack Bot. This project is written in JavaScript and contains API usage, command events, and value generation. I’ve implemented 5 simple commands into it and wrote a README.md file so everyone can run it themselves. It’s running 24/7 on a Nest linux server. The most challenging thing for me was implementing the APIs, but I got through it. To run this bot yourself, read my README.md in the github repository!

Added 2 new commands:

dog command - shows a fun fact about dogs!
color command generates random HEX color!

Devlog 01

This is the first devlog of R3Dev slack bot Today i added 3 basic commands which are:

ping command - shows the bot current latency
cat command - shows a fun fact about cats!
help command - shows all currently avaible commands

Im planning to add more commands soon my commands ideas are:

weather command - shows current weather in your city!
gif - creates a gif with your image!
