Devlog 01

This is the first devlog of R3Dev slack bot Today i added 3 basic commands which are:

• ping command - shows the bot current latency
• cat command - shows a fun fact about cats!
• help command - shows all currently avaible commands

Im planning to add more commands soon my commands ideas are:

• weather command - shows current weather in your city!
• gif - creates a gif with your image!
