Created A Short Level To Test The Speed Of The Player And Added Game Manager Which Currently Tells The Console When Game Is Over. Added Fog To The Environment So That It Gives A Polished Look To The Game, At The Top It Says How Much Distance You Have Travelled For Now But I Soon Wanna Replace It With No. Of Attempts Or No. Of Deaths.

I Added The First Obstacle In The Game, Made The Player Body Stop When It Collides With The Obstacle Body, Made The Camera Follow The Player Body, Created A Tag For Obstacles To Reference In The Code Files, And Made A Material For The Obstacle.

I Finally Figured Out How To Make The If Command Work In Unity To Get A Key, I’m Following A Brackeys Tutorial For This And He Was Writing Old Code Which Now In Default Unity Doesn’t Work You Have To Change The Active Input Handling Setting To “Both” Instead Of “Input System Package (New)”. That Took A While To Figure Out!! Now My A And D Keys Work As Left And Right Keys, Finally!!!

This Is My First Time Coding, So Like Most People I Made A Personal Site. I Learned A lot From This Journey, Huge Credit Goes To @Irtaza For Teaching Me Most Of The Code And What it Does. This Website Includes 3 Main Sections, Home, About Me, And Projects. The Contact Button On The Nav Bar Will Directly Lead You To My Email. Each Project Is Clickable And Leads To Their Respective Model. The Social Media Images Are Also Intractable. The Text And Image In The Home Section Increase Size When You Hover Over Them.

There Were A Ton Of Issues That Popped Up On The Mobile Site. The Big One Was That There Was Overflow-x on the right hand side of the website on mobile. It Took Ages To Only Fix That Issue. When That Issue Was Fixed, Then The Nav Bar Started To Act Weird As It Was Not Following Along The Page Anymore. But Overall I’m Quite Happy With The Site. I Think It Is A Good First Coding Project For Me.

Made The Website Mobile Friendly By Using CSS And The @media screen feature. Also Made All The Social Links In One Container For Better Alignment And Made Their Size Smaller So That They Don’t Feel Odd On The Page.

I Refined The About Me Section. I Added PNGs Of The Social Platforms I Post Content On, I Made The PNGs Interactable So That When You Click Them They Lead You To The Respective Platform With My Profile Opened. I Also Refined The Navigation Bar After A Bit Of Tinkering With The Colour Wheel And Borders. Added Some Borders Around the Home Page And Underlines Under The Section’s Titles.

Finished The Projects Section. Learned A Whole Lot. Tinkered A lot With The Code. Made A Container With Multiple Divs, Added Images, Text And A Link To The Divs, So That When You Hover Over The Projects The Size Increases Slightly And If You Click Anywhere On The Image, text Or Background of The Project, It Will Direct You To The Project Link. Changed The Colour Scheme Of It A lot To See What Looked Best. I’m Quite Happy With This!

Completed The About Me Section Of The Site. Wrote A Thoughtful Paragraph About Myself And Added An Animated Text So That When You Are Reading The About Me Paragraph The Text Beneath “Loads in”. I Made A Link And Learned How To Make It Separate From The Other Links. I Also Added A Home Tab At The Top, I Felt It Was Needed.

Thanks to my friend @Irtaza . I now know how to make all these cool things like changing the colour of your link, how to make them intractable, how to add a gradient background on to a container and make it animated so that the gradient moves and looks super duper amazing. Speaking of a container, I know how to make it finally and contain the text and image as one, so that it can be used in the css file. Margins were very infuriating but in the end it all worked out!

I Learned How To Create Links, How To Add A Navigation Bar At The Top And How To Add Your Gmail As A Link. I’m Now Further Working On The About Me Section Trying To Refine It And Make It Look A Bit Professional!

Learned CSS from my Friend @Irtaza and I am enjoying coding now. seeing the result of what you code is really cool!! Also the Color command wasn’t working for me because I kept typing “colour” instead of color, I lived in The UK, that’s what it is meant to be .
