Worked on the PiShot blog post! Compiled the post from my Highway and Reboot journal. Then downloaded all their images and re-linked them (I don’t want to rely on any CDNs). And added some introductory and ending paragraphs. Also styled the images so they look good side by side and fit well. Added a card for this new blog post on my site too.
Restyled the blog cards, and made them larger. Also started working on a blog post for my custom raspberry pi camera: PiShot! I also moved all the images used in my blog to local from CDN.
Changed the article section to include a dropdown for less relevant articles. And moved all images from CDNs to the local project folder. Also made the site more accessible by adding aria-lables, and removed a lot of dead code, mainly js code. Also, finally added a favicon!!
Added a blog section to the main site and linked the blog post, tags and images from the blog site. Also updated the hero section with a new tagline and an Explore Projects button. Also improved the descriptions of all the project cards!
Again worked on the README! Made a todo section for the stuff I am currently planning to work on, and a git stats section. Also added some Pokémon and books info for fun. And placed some easter eggs too, like a Konami code and an ASCII art train! And also a visitor counter, and a blinking cursor SVG at the end too!
Got sidetracked and started making a cool readme! Got inspired by the terminal/neofetch styling, and made something like that (+ added some cool easter eggs and extras too). It’s not fully done, I still have some sections left to go, but I think the Greninja logo for the neofetch (ASCII art!), help section, and the curl for contacts is pretty cool! The hardest part was making the links work in a code block, because all Markdown is ignored in the “ ” tags. So had to use some HTML and pre tags to work around that!
Fixed images in my blog that were lost due to the old HC CDN shutting down. Also changed the footer styling, and added a youtube link!
Added rotating profile images. Now a random one is chosen on every reload. Also made some minor changes to the header spacing and updated the LinkedIn link!
Added more of my recent projects and games to the showcase, like PiShot, and Nucleo. Also styled the selected text, I didn’t even know that was possible. And updated the text in the header, and added a youtube channel link.
