NEW NAME!!! Flash Floods + Main Menu
If you remember, Pocket City is a game that already exists so now it’s called Capital Chaos. Thank you YouTube comments! And all of you as well, for the suggestions.

I created flash floods that.. well flood the entire map. It’s meant to be a little toned down of a disaster, thats more survivable because it gives the game a touch more balance. It stops all services from working, so that could be detrimental during a virus attack. But on the other hand, it stops every single fire and prevents new ones and explosions.
A lifesaver if theres a nuke, it gets completely nullified.
Also new main menu, I think it looks pretty neat. Especially compared to the old one.

It does look really good, and I think the new name is also great, sad that it had to be changed though
@Reid thank you bro, and yeah it is sad. Pocket City had a good charm to it. i’ll probably put a easter egg somewhere in the game as tribute

@Shreyansh RTX 3060Ti, i5-13400f, 32GB RAM, 1+3tb is my main rig.
I have a few other pcs one with a 1070 i5-8500 and one with a 1050 and some i5 3rd gen running Pop!_OS. but i don’t really use the 3rd one its just a “console”
why do you ask? for performance testing?
COOL, What i really meant was which os. and yeah i might give you it for testing as well as some other hack clubbers. before i make it accessible for all hack clubbers for free

@Shreyansh oh my bad, i thought you wanted it for performance testing or otherwise. also if you’re using APIs i’m not sure if it’s the best thing to keep free. And if you’re running it locally you probably need hardware requirements?
