metamorph is a plugin for Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex that studies how you actually use your agents, skills, and CLAUDE.md files. It builds a text dashboard, scores each target, and proposes small file edits as diffs (proposed changes). Nothing is written to disk until you approve it.

This project is a self-improving agent system that tracks coding assistant activity, analyzes prior sessions, and turns that history into useful reports and workflow improvements. It helps identify what agents and skills were used, where time was spent, what problems were solved, and which patterns can be improved, so future Codex or Claude sessions can start with better context and less repeated work.

The project is completed, the plugin is for Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex. The plugin analyzes your agents and skills, finds what is underused or not utilized to its fullest capacity, and proposes small diffs you approve.
