added weebcentral dowload functions. but sadly, vercel doesnt have long enough serverless funcs for me. shhame in the process of trying to get a domain somehow with dns

- yes i finally added the functions to download from my other 2 sources
- you can finally start with a mangadex url and downloading it (it takes a moment too)
