I'm building Linkstate to make sharing web projects easier. Normally, developers have to send multiple files, zip their projects or host them online just to let someone open and try their work. Linkstate packages HTML, CSS and JS into a single shareable link or a downloadable .onestate file, so projects can be opened without traditional web hosting. I'm also developing Linkstate Browser, a desktop browser that supports Linkstate projects, keeps their interactive features working and lets users extract the original source files. I want to expand the supported file types and add more useful features for developers.

I shipped Linkstate Browser, which lets you generate links for websites, open them offline and download their source files. Normally you have to host websites or send multiple files, but Linkstate packs everything into one link or .onestate file, making it much faster to share projects. The hardest part was making everything work together, and I’m proud of building the whole system.

Download it from https://linkstate.xyz or https://github.com/Duskled/LinkState---Browser. Open Linkstate Browser, add your website files to generate a link or .onestate file, then share it with anyone. They can open it in the browser and download the source files too. Currently, only HTML, CSS and JS files are supported, so please test it with those file types only.
