When i visited the hospital with my nephew i saw them writing details and medicine records in notebook so i have decided to make one management software them which will allow the workers to enter the details of the patients , add vaccination dates , manage dosage , create reports and other analytical and official work .

This is a patient and vaccination management system for a government health facility in Nepal.
This project taught me a lot about building software beyond just making things work , understanding real-world workflows, handling patient records, and making technology practical for the people who use it.
Built with Django and PostgreSQL, with plenty more to learn and improve.

Devlog no 5 In the last 1 hr 37 mintures i worked on polishing the forms and its grids . I now have fully working self inrollment form . I am so close to finishing it .

DEVLOG NO 4 , in the last 1 hr i wrote the code for base.html and other templates to be used in the site . I have finally locked into a theme i.e. proper nepali government website theme . I have created a navbar and landing page that displays login form for hospital staff and self registration form for patients and it also displays current nepali date that is derived from AD using my custom code .

DEVLOG NO 3 : I wrote code for database backup . Since this system is going to be used in critical environment of hospital so it requires timely backups and ready to production data . For backups i have created a system for 2 kinds of backup one is on same drive backup and another is external backup . Project will backup the data in another seperate database and in plain json file too .

Nepal follows different calender from rest of the world that is BIKRAM SAMBAT (BS.) so currently NEPAL is in year 2083 which is 57 year older than AD . Our servers , databases and all other logical engines work in georgian calender so i wrote a code for conversion of BS TO AD AND AD TO BS for seamless no confusion system for users and admins . I used date time functions and other functions to do this work .

In the First Phase i have build the project strucutre , tested it and wrote some basic code .
