I made a randomizer-style bot for Slack channels. You can use three commands in your channels:
- /8ball-ping: Get random answers, just like a magic 8 Ball.
- /hrandom-number: Get a random number from 1 to 100.
-/hrandom-color: Get a random hex color code.
I made it for those moments when you just need a random answer, a number, or, for the artists out there, a color!
Quick tip: With /8ball-ping, you always need to ask a question. If you run th command withouth one, it’ll ask you to enter a question first.
I was approved on Nest, finished configuring the connections in the terminal, and it was finally published on the Slack Channels.
I’ve started building a SlackBot, sort of like a magic 8 ball. For now, I have all the code ready, and I have to wait for it to be approved on Nest before I can take the next steps.
