Mechanical system simulator using Lagrangian mechanics.
Mechanical system simulator using Lagrangian mechanics.
Done on the readme files. Done on everything.
done on the mechanisms description
well, the rolling disk pendulum mechanism was the hardest part and absolutely nailed it.
Added cart and pendulum and disk on slope, they’re working fine as they should have.
Added swinging atwood machine and a button under the UI that says learn how mechmaths work that takes you to mechanics.help/mechmaths.
adding double pendulum and some more metrics was easy.
this is lowkey a big win. now, single pendulum works only. I bought a domain for mechanics and that’s mechanics.help
mechanics.help - homepage
mechanics.help/pend - single pendulum
mechanics.help/mechmaths - how mechmath lib works
An overall document of how mechmaths work.

Well, the engine.py and the init.py was lwk easier than the deriv.py.
deriv.py done.
did make the system.py and partial deriv.py of mechmaths. I’m sleepy, gotta sleep
Pendulum coming soon!!
Worked on the frontend, now the actual algorithms.
