GUARDIANX is a palm-vein-assisted student dismissal and guardian verification system designed to improve safety at school gates. In many schools, dismissal relies on manual checking of guardians, ID cards, registers, or verbal confirmation. During busy hours, this can be slow and increase the risk of human error or unauthorized pickup. Baal Rakshak Mitra adds a biometric verification layer. Authorized guardians are registered with their palm-vein biometric data. When a guardian arrives, they scan their palm using a palm-vein sensor, and the system verifies the identity before the student can be released. The prototype uses an ESP32-S3, DFRobot SEN0677 Palm Vein Detection Sensor, and OLED display for real-time feedback. The system connects guardian verification with student and teacher dismissal workflows, creating a safer and more accountable release process.
