Raven is a little clever Slack bot who responses upto 5 commands. It’s my first ever slack bot so its not much good but its working and i love it.
Main features
- /raven-ping - Check bot latency
- /raven-joke - Get a joke
- /raven-quote - Get a quote
- /raven-fact - Get a fact
- /rave-fox - Get a fox
I added the fox command because its cute and funny, and also because of the story of the crow and the fox, I know raven is not a crow its just for fun.
Difficulty
The most difficult part was to diploy it on nest that i was not having so first i apply for it and after i got my nest server i dont know what to do because i was unable to understand it. i have never used linux before, so after experimenting and researching hours i deploy it to linux.

In the last update my slackbot was completed, atleast the missions requirments were completed, so i was working on its readme, in the readme i added that
- what is raven
- What features are included i know there are not much features but in the next verion i will add many amazing features.
- How to setup and run it
- At last technologies used
Now finally i am going to diploy it on nest.

(Raven_slack_Bot v1.0) Today i have added many new features you can see below:

i add the fox command because its cute and funny, and also because of the story of the crow and the fox. I will add many new features to amke my raven personality like a real raven.
And the best thing i love is that i made a Cool looking banner for my Raven.

(Raven-Slack-Bot v0.1) I Have started making a slack bot for my first time, at first I thought I cant do it because of JavaScript but after thing hours i finally started making it, in beginning I was facing many problems but after some time of experimenting i got use to it and now its easy for me, and the best part is its working.
