Inital Devlog - Universal Error Lookup

What I’ve done

  • Multi-Source Fetching - API (httpstatuses.io/), OS system errors (os.sterror), fallback AI (gemini)
  • Crafted Search Links - Search links to Google; normal search, Reddit search and StackOverflow search.
  • Database Caching - SQLite database with indexed tables (searches and solutions) to store past queries and reduce API use.
  • Community Solutions and Voting - Users can submit solutions and up/downvote entries, using sessions to track past votes.

What’s Next?

  • UI improvments - Update CSS
  • Sanitise user submitted solutions
  • UX Update - Convert to fetch to avoid need for page reloads
