I'm gonna fetch all NASA's data mwahaha ... A cinematic NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day website that lets you explore NASA's daily featured images and videos. It includes an APOD Time Machine with date navigation, shareable date URLs, browser history support, responsive design, and a deep-space visual interface.

I made a NASA APOD website using NASA’s API to show the astronomy picture of the day, and I added a time machine so you can browse APODs from different dates. The hardest part was getting the date navigation and URL syncing to work properly without breaking the page. I’m pretty proud of how the UI turned out because I wanted it to feel like a proper space experience and not just some basic API project. To test it just open the site and play around with the Previous, Next, Today and date picker buttons, thats pretty much it lol.

Today i worked on my NASA APOD project. I connected it to NASA’s API so it can show the Astronomy picture of the day, then gave the whole site a more spacey and cinematic vibe. I also added the time machine feature so you can browse APODs from different dates.Got the site deployed on GitHub Pages too, so we’re pretty much locked in The final result came out pretty clean ngl.
