I built a browser-based Web OS using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It lookslike a simple desktop interface and includes features like a search bar,draggable windows, Notes, Calculator, Timer, Todo List and a two-playerPing Pong game. I also added local storage so some data (like notes and todo items) stays saved even after refreshing the page.
The trickiest part was managing the window system and getting all the apps to work together. I also struggled with some JavaScript bugs (like function scoping and event listeners) and making the UI feel smooth and responsive on different screen sizes. Handling local storage and the game logic for Ping Pong took some time too.
I’m proud that I was able to build everything on my own, from scratch. Getting the draggable windows, local storage and the game working was satisfying. I also like how the final project looks and feels - it’s simple but clean and actually works, and it taught me a lot about web development and problem solving.

DEVLOG# 3 i did some changes and added one of my favourite game title screen as a background and it look so firee🔥🔥!! i was planning on changing its background as it was looking pale but now its good

DEVLOG#2 added some most of the apps. a mini ping pong game too working pretty fine , its a double player game so you can play it with your friends , one control with W and S and other player control with arrow keys . beside that also added calculator ,notes timer an about section too is there :)

DEVLOG #1 of project no. 4 , so i am making a simple and clean my own OS and bro! this is so coool , for now i have added a working search bar and whatever you search will open in a new tab , i have also made the layout for my apps below it but they not functional yet . maybe i will make custom app pixel logos to make it look more aethetic
