Random miscellaneous stuff

I also threw out the timer sprite

• Made it so new rocks spawn when old ones are broken.

• Also made a Fuel meter sprite to use instead of the timer.

• Made the code for the fuel meter as a timer work.( It was a bunch of hard math.)

• And of course I had to spend like 1 whole hour debugging all this.
