Made the level screen, gonna work on making the screen actually function

Made the title screen and buttons. Also added the characters. They look goofy on purpose as honestly the game is made to be goofy on purpose. Thankfully i had already made one of the major characters for a prior project (it was an online hackathon but i was unable to use this as a mascot for it).
