Updates have been made! I made it so that localstorage like remembers what theme you chose and is consistent across all the apps, so I created the notes app first to check but it’s not functional and there’s basically nothing on it. This took me way to long and was lowkey really annoying but it’s fine… anyways this is what the notes app looks so far and now I have to like actually make it work which means figuring out localStorage and it’s probably not that bad but I have like 0.5% JS knowledge but oh well I guess it’s a learning oppurtunity. Allons-y!

This is my new project a study OS! It is going to be a bunch of study apps like notes, a pomodoro timer, tasks, etc. I am learning more js through this and hoping to do more arrays and localStorage stuff so I thought something like this where you have to store data would be kind of good. Today I did the basic setup which is the desktop home screen and added widgets, background themes, decorated it, really the fun stuff of coding lol before all the js comes. Overall pretty easy but kinda became time consuming because the styling of stuff got annoying like with the apps grid and stuff but it got worked out. All good so far!
