Rewrote the code again (lol) to use normal LEDS for weather info instead of the single WS2812 as the ESP32 was browning out as it already has 2 things to power (DHT 11 and oled) and the WS2812 needed 5v, so simply swapped it out and reprogrammed, works beautifully now !
