I made a Productivity OS. It works with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
The challenging parts were making the websites UI actually look good, if the UI looks bad, the user will have a really bad time, first the UI looked something that came out in the Windows ME era, then i slowly changed the UI to this one now. To use it, it has no hidden menus, no hamburger menues, it is just what you see when you open the site
