v0.3b Finished!

I just uploaded the v0.3b builds to by itch page so you can play with all the new updates here! This update added the new level select screen and the 5 new levels. I added a couple little tweeks this morning before finally uploading everything to itch.io. And for the first time I created a Windows and Linux builds, which went much smoother than I thought.
