Empanadita OS

I fixed some problems i had with the windows view, and fought a lot against the tutorial as i still cant seem to understand it

I made a working close and open button for all windows(X to close and Empanadita-OS on the bar up there), and put all of the styles on the html on a styles.css file

i made the windows draggable and closeable, added a background and updated and fixed the code a lot, and i also added a windows-inspired top bar for each main

I have a very basic looking HTML page, but i worked on adding buttons instead of using a hyperlink, and i added buttons that take the user to my steam, instagram and spotify accounts(spotify one isnt an account, its a playlist i like)
