guhOS devlog 3

This took me a while.
Here is what I got done:

• Added the notes app
• Added some animations
• Fixed the window being able to go under the topbar
• Simplified initialization of new windows
• The notes apps are no longer taking over
• Successfully made even more cursed class tags
• Added a subtle shadow underneath the windows
• Fixed where you could scroll when moving windows out of bounds

There is more that I did but I honestly forgot at this point.

I am planning on adding the ability to edit and create your own notes and have them save to your browser storage. Hopefully it wont take another 3 hours….

The updated version has been deployed to the vercel app and is ready for use.
