Watch-O is a simple movie searching site that I built. It fetches trending movies and user specified movies and serves a short description about the movies.

I built and deployed a fully functional movie searching website using the TMDB API. I used HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, React, React Router and Javascript to build the whole project. Fetching data, and delivering the data was a bit challenging because I’m new to React. I learned a lot from it, including react hooks(useRef, useEffect, useNavigate …) and also how to style not only with CSS but also with Tailwind CSS.
