🕸️ WebTab Your new tab but it has a pulse fr. built a whole custom browser start page bc the default one is mid. spider follows your cursor around (no you can't escape it), spidey-sense drops random quotes on refresh, and the search bar? has an actual spider hanging off it. zero frameworks, zero templates, just pure html/css/js and unnecessary attention to detail. built different, chose violence on the default new tab page.

shipped it 🕷️ WebTab is live — my browser’s new tab page but it’s got a spider that follows your cursor around, a web that reacts when you get close, and another spider hanging off the search bar that runs off if you click it. built with just html/css/js, no frameworks, deploys itself now too.

🕷️ devlog: WebTab is up

it’s live. WebTab, my spider-verse-y new tab page. a spider follows your cursor, the search bar has one hanging off it that runs away if you click it, and there’s a little glowy web in the background that reacts to your mouse. vanilla js, no frameworks.
