Today I continued working on NexusAI, my AI-powered customer support project.I focused on getting the Streamlit application running properly on my Mac and testing the main customer-support flow. I successfully launched the app locally and tested the knowledge-base retrieval with different customer queries.I also checked the interface and made sure the chat, confidence score, BLEU evaluation, and CSV export features are working together.Next, I want to continue testing the responses and improve the overall user experience.#AI #Python #Streamlit #CustomerSupport #BuildInPublic
