Iota - It is a Civic issue reporting platform currently under development . Public can access the client side page and submit their issue with their geo location and the admin from the admin side review the issue and verify it.

Later the ML model will route the issue to the respective department of the locality and ensure that the issue is solved within the ETA given by the platform
