Hey! I went through this all, so I totally get what you mean T_T. The errors that are likely causing it is

Make sure you have all symbol files and other files installed and they don’t conflict and there is no error in them.**(Most likely it) Make sure your schematics is correctly wired. Instead of building the PCB from scratch just click on Update PCB from schematics and then follow that exact wiring. Make sure the PCB edges are of edge-cut layer. You can select that from the window on the right where you can chose the front wire or the back wire.
