A RC controlled spider with a camera and a built in interface to view the movements of it on a website with the ability to take pictures and recording that get saved in the cloud but also in the spiders local storage. Still deciding on implementing a thermal mode but that sounds good
We’ve completed the schematics for both the Spider itself and the controllers. We are soon going to be starting development on the PCB Editor. Also we’ve started making the 3D model chassis where all the wiring will go into. An ESP-32 will be used both for the spider itself but also for the controller. We’re working on implementing a display that’s built-in the controller for easier handling, and a Night vision mode which will work using IR LEDS infront of an infared camera (or at least i think so). 2 PCA9685 servos will be needed so we can connect all 12 servos for the legs. We’ll also use a AA Lipo battery that connects to a charging module to have charging capabilities and a longer running time for the spider itself.
UPDATE: THE 3D MODEL HAS A PROTOTYPE READY AND IS IN THE REPOSITORY (we still need to figure out how to hollow it out and how the wiring will pass but its starting to take shape!!!)
