AirPad is a custom 16-key macropad with a 4×4 key matrix, a Seeed XIAO RP2040, and a 0.91" OLED display. I am designing the PCB, 3D-printed case, and firmware from scratch.

Devlog#3
Firmware coding, folder organization, and README.md creation are finally done….
DevLog#2
The CAD work for my AirPad is finally finished..It took a very long time, perhaps because it was my first time doing it…Maybe it’s because my computer only has 8GB of RAM…It seems like it took longer because I had to briefly adjust the PCB during production, as it looked like it might exceed the PCB standards.
Anyway…no that the CAD and PCB are done, I plan to finish the firmware later, organize my github, and then submit it.
Devlog #1
Today I started working on my AirPad. I made the schematic and designed the PCB with 16 switches, diodes, an OLED, and a XIAO. Routing the PCB took a while, but I finally got everything connected. I also resized the board to make sure it is under 100mm × 100mm. Next, I will work on the firmware and case design.
