I made a new tab website that uses a google API and lets you browse the internet in style! it also has a clock and a date above the search bar cause sometimes, we forget to look at the time. I also added important shortcuts and a quick note widget to enhance the experience. Honestly i’ve always struggled with APIs and I’m proud of finally getting some sort of knowledge towards them after this project:D

devlog #4: shoutout to @Yoruu for the date idea, it looks better than I had imagined anyways I wanted to put a news tab in the bottom but all the free APIs sucked so i made a quick note widget! but tbh im tryna deploy the website and its not working for some reason

devlog #3: I added some shortcuts and also fixed the clock code, it was invisible due to an error but i debugged it and now all that’s left is to add a news widget and possibly even a date on top of the clock:D

devlog #2: okay so its 4AM and I’m still stuck with a lot of problems but at least I finally got my google API and unsplash API working, the unsplash API makes the background change on every refresh which I think is really cool, but I still have a long way to go and a long nap to take lol

devlog #1: So I finished my previous 2 projects this week and now im working on this new one. AmateurTab, honestly APIs are hard to work with and understand cause i have yet to understand them but its okay im still pushing my patience and working hard🔥🔥🔥🔥anyways not much intel for now since i spent the day learning but ill keep you guys posted!!
