Pokemon Champions Macroboard

Finally got a few hours to work on this. I organized and wired the pcb, but my kicad crashed after I ran the DRC so I lost like an hour or two of progress, but then I just redid the whole wiring. It is pretty messy right now but the wiring should be correct. I just hope my reverse mounted led is correct and that having the pcb be bigger than 100mmx100mm could possibly be fine, even if I have to buy it with my own money (it’s like 130x100mm).

Made a schematic and started laying out the pcb. I didn’t have enough pins for doing all the pins of the rotary encoder, but I read that just one and ground is enough for sensing movement, just not in any specific direction, which is all I need so its probably fine. I tried laying out the pieces for the pcb but then got tired, and I’m leaving it to tomorrow me to organize and fix. It’s a slow process while learning on the go. Also how do I put the led to light up a key from underneath? I have NO clue.
