I built “Mr Cool CAT”, an interactive and clever Slack bot designed to bring fun, engagement, and utility to the workspace!

What I Made: Added riddles, jokes, interactive buttons, world capitals trivia, and deployed it to run 24/7 on Nest server.
What Was Challenging: Setting up Linux packages, fixing missing .env tokens, and configuring systemd to keep it running non-stop.
What I’m Proud Of: Learning the full server setup and watching my bot stay online 24/7! with the help of Gemini.

okay so today I deployed my project 24/7 using NEST.At first I got many many errors like .env file wasn’t created and bash git command not found, missing package.json file and lastly bot was online but wasn’t responding but eventually I found out these by the help of gemini offc. I want your suggestions further please!!!

Well, today I was working to run my app physically on Slack and testing its effectiveness plus improving how speedily it responds. I have found it great, but I need your suggestions as I also tried to attach Gemini AI (like to give responses to all messages) but got errors or free trial rate limit (sad). My next step will be to deploy it 24/7 using NEST. Stay tuned!”

I added some features like interactive buttons for riddles and brain teasers, a world capitals guessing engine, joke triggers, ping slash command, and custom cat-style responses.
