I finished my WebOS!
It’s a simple WebOS themed with lots of pokemon art that I like. It contains an app for a welcome page, an art credit app, and a game app (For the reviewers, this was the thing that wasn’t on the guide).
A challenge I had was that I’m not experienced in website development. I had to learn some new things, but I was able to use the guide and AI to help me learn, which made things easier.
I should note that the website seems to have problems with the dark reader extension messing up the background, so if you have the dark reader extension, please disable it on the website.

Uhhh I think I just made this into another game devlog
So you can play my stardance project Super Beach Ball in the website now! I embedded it into an app in the WebOS. I can now officially play my own video game unblocked at school :)
I’ve also included an image below of the website without any apps open so you can enjoy Pokemon: The Last Supper properly
I mainly started this project to learn about website building, so I think I’m ready to ship now!

I’ve added some basic window functionality.
The windows move! You can close and open them as well. I’ve added a new app to find out where the art I used came from. Unfortunately, it seems like a lot of the artists have archived their work since I couldn’t find some of them, even when using google lense. I tried to list out as many of them as I could find. I also made the windows a bit transparent, so it looks pretty cool now.

I’ve started work on a simple Web OS.
I’ve always wanted to learn HTML and CSS, so this should be a good start! I made a website before using github pages, but I’m trying to learn more, so I’ve changed my user github page to be this project. I’ll probably mainly be using this project to learn some stuff about website development.
For now, I’ve just added some basic stuff from the guide like a wallpaper, a welcome window, and a bar. I changed the bar to be on the side though because it just looks cooler that way :)
Also the wallpaper is Pokemon: The Last Supper which I think is pretty cool
