Hi! I created my own site. Getting the layout perfectly responsive without using any external frameworks was really tricky, especially making sure the css grid for the photo gallery didn’t overlap on smaller screens (at least I managed to overcome the challenges :) ). I am very proud of my astrophotography tab and I can’t forget the ANIMATED COMETS which are just so cool! I remember spending like 1h for finding a good tutorial on how to make them, but here they are. The website is fully deployed using github pages, so no installation is required, just click the link that redirects to the website. I would love for you to try it!

My 5th Stardance devlog (9.08.2026). Ok, this was actually the last devlog on this personal site. Of course, many more things could and will be added in the future, but for the present I really like how it came out. Basically today I added more photos onto the astrophotography tab for you to watch :). I also added a photos tab and will also maybe document my chess journey on this site (yes, I love chess too). I also deployed my files into the repo (because somehow I forgot to link vs code to github when I created the project (at least the commits are still visible). My 4th Stardance devlog (8.08.2026). I spent today’s coding session to organize my files, to create a temporary READme (on which I will work tomorrow to finish), and to create this astrophotography tab which of course needs to be improved, but I’m proud enough of what I managed to do here. This is supposed to be my second to last devlog on this project, tomorrow planning to finish and ship it. Of course I will continue to update it in the future, but the site is almost done, only with some new features on this astrophotography tab to add and to finish the READme. If you have any suggestions please let me know in the comments, it would mean a lot to me. Byee!

My 3rd Stardance devlog (7.08.2026). Ok this day was actually opposite compared to yesterday. Didn’t manage to add more than just a live astronomy data tab which shows the current moon phase from my location and days until next eclipse (i guess at least its looking pretty nice, right?). It feels and actually probably is that I’m spending too much time on a personal site, meant just to present things about me, however I plan on using it as a professional and fun way to present myself, so I can probably allow 2 more devlogs and polish the site. I’m kinda curious to see what will se site look like when its actually finished. Closing the devlog here and asking for opinions on what I should add more on here.

My 2nd Stardance devlog (6.08.2026). Today I really feel like I’ve had a great upgrade. I searched for site templates to get inspiration and, after I found the one that fit me the best, I added my bit of creativtity here and there. Now, finding a tutorial to make those background stars and moving comet animations was quite hard, but I eventually found a good one and I am really proud of them! I plan on adding a tab specifically for sharing my astrophotography photos & maybe even adding more astronomy related things on here (like current phase of the moon, time until next eclipse etc.). I am excited to continue working on this project!

My 1st Stardance devlog (5.08.2026). I made my first attempt to create my about-me site. I created the backbone of the site and I started actually writing on it. I am planning to make it more interactive, colourful and fulllllllllll of personal expeirences that I would like to share with others.
